What You’ll Do (BCaBA Role)
- Provide ABA services under the direction of a BCBA
- Support and help oversee individualized treatment plans
- Deliver RBT supervision, coaching, and feedback
- Partner with families to support meaningful progress
- Collect and manage clinical data using streamlined systems
- Build real leadership skills as you grow toward BCBA

What We’re Looking For
- Active BCaBA (Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst) or eligibility within 30 days
- Bachelor’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Experience in ABA therapy / Autism (ASD) preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
