What You’ll Do (BCaBA Role)

  • Provide ABA services under the direction of a BCBA
  • Support and help oversee individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver RBT supervision, coaching, and feedback
  • Partner with families to support meaningful progress
  • Collect and manage clinical data using streamlined systems
  • Build real leadership skills as you grow toward BCBA

What We’re Looking For

  • Active BCaBA (Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst) or eligibility within 30 days
  • Bachelor’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Experience in ABA therapy / Autism (ASD) preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
